SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
We understand the urgency of the essentials in this situation so our large network aims to provide your orders in a quick secure way and takes about 7 – 10 days to deliver them to you.
To be eligible to receive your purchase from the website, a minimum of 1 product needs to be ordered.
Shipping is available in all locations across India.We offer free shipping on all orders in India.
All shipping will be carried out by our Courier Partner Delivery. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available with all of the partners. All refunds will also be carried out through the same payment gateway.
Customers can modify the shipping address before the product has been packed. After the packing of the product is complete, no modification in shipping address will be accepted.
In case the order does not reach you within the stipulated time period, can raise the complaint at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
MRPs of all products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).
Payment of your order is accepted through Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment (Credit cards and Net banking). COD charges are Rs. 50.
Once the order is placed, all cancellations will be accepted within 12 hours only.
Once the order has been packed, cancellations will not be accepted.
Multiple order cancellations by one customer will lead to their account being added in our COD Blacklist.
All products on the website cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once the complaint is raised, you have to send us a screenshot of your damaged/defective product along with the description of the damage on firstname.lastname@example.org
